PDFtools.to provides browser-based PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF files. All file processing occurs locally in your browser — we do not upload or store your files on our servers.

We offer a free tier with limited daily conversions and a Pro subscription with unlimited access.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
• You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process files containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Create automated requests that exceed normal usage patterns
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.
• Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price changes.

6. Intellectual Property

PDFtools.to and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without permission.

You retain full ownership of any files you process through the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since all file processing is browser-based, we do not have access to the content of your documents.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFtools.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.
